What's all the fuss about "Custom Skates" & Who Wears Them?
"Custom Skates" is a term used to define skates that have been "Juiced-Up" artistically as an exciting upgrade of stylish expression contrast to the normal & bland nature of the original shoe customized. Custom Skates are worn by people of all genres who share the desire to add personality & flare to their skate game-swag collection; e.g. Celebrities, Pro & Amateur Athletes, Industry Influencers, Music Artists, etc.

Does the price of the Custom Skates for purchase include the cost of the actual footwear used for customization?
Yes; All of our custom skates are initially purchased from an authorized Vans or Nike retailer before customization. The retail price of the shoe being customized is included in the final price (along with tax, shipping, materials for the customization, etc.).

What about wear & tear?
Custom Skates are luxury items that should be kept and well-maintained with the same respect as any other luxury item. All of our "Custom Skates" are made to order & fulfilled on a first-in first-out standard; Handcrafted using industry preferred, professional grade materials. We adhere to an eight-step quality standard to ensure that the custom skate build is durable and will withstand the test of time. However, your custom skates are still subject to being scuffed and damaged by normal wear & tear just like any other skates in your closet.

How do I order??
Select your desired custom skate style & size from any of our listings on our shop page. Follow the check-out prompts provided to lead you to a Safe & Secure Transaction using the accepted payment method of your choice.

What determines the cost for a pair of Custom Skates?
The two main factors include:
(1.) The amount of time required by the artist to go through the customization process.
(2.) The total dollar amount of the materials required to complete the order.
Most Artist follow the United States standard hourly rate for freelancing-art colleagues in the industry.

How long do orders take to be fulfilled?
At this time, all orders have an estimated 3-4 week turnaround time. This means, from the day we receive ALL items needed to complete your custom skates, you will receive them back within 3-4 weeks (However, Your Order may ship earlier depending on "real-time" shop volume). We will Inbox you with updates as we receive the materials needed. If you have any inquiries prior to ordering your Custom Skates, please contact us and we will assist you as best as possible.

How can I return, exchange, or cancel my Custom Skates order?
Due to the nature of the Custom Skate Freelance Art Industry, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns. All of our Custom skates are tailored to each customer individually (e.g.; size, enhancements, color, etc.), thus ALL SALES ARE FINAL; Similar to buying a painting at an art show. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please make sure to choose your correct shoe size. Feel free to visit any Nike, Vans, Converse, CarttonKicks, and/or FOCO Sports Kicks retailer (or website) to get assistance if you're unsure of your shoe size.
